IT Answers (UK) Ltd was established in March 2004 and its Directors have over 30 years experience in the IT industry.

The aim of the organisation was to provide high quality, cost effective services to the SME market at the same level of innovation and robustness that is expected and experienced by larger organisations.

The company culture is that we only promise what we can deliver and we have highly experienced staff who focus on specialist areas and technologies. Our services are delivered by both our permanent team along with our extensive associate base.

Location

We are located within 10 minutes walk from Liverpool's Central Train Station, giving us the perfect position to service all parts of Merseyside and the North West efficiently and effectively.

What We Do

IT Answers design, install and maintain local and wide area networks using mainstream technologies. Our partners include Microsoft, VMWare, Dell, Vyatta, APC, ESET, Invu, O2, THUS, Citrix and many more.

We specialise in consultancy and managed services for mid-market networks, drawing on our own in-house team of consultants whose years of experience offer a combination of commercial and technical consultancy. Our commitment to service excellence is unrivalled and has proven instrumental in our quest to not only capture new business, but also to have existing clients return to use the full range of our services again and again.
