An Engage Virtual Tour offers a true virtual copy of your business which can be explored in 3D. As your customer moves through the space, the tour moves as if you were right there. This goes beyond the flat images you see on traditional virtual tours and offers a more realistic experience.

Fly From Point To Point

Using the navigation controls on the Engage UI allows your customer move rapidly through your virtual premises to reach the desired location. It offers a truly unique perspective that allows your customers to see other parts of the tour.

Position Nodes

When our expert photographers shoot your premises we will ensure that we capture all of the space that you want. This means positioning the equipment in locations throughout your premises, these locations will become visible position nodes within the tour that your customers and click on to move to.

Engage UI

An intuitive user interface provides interactive features to increase customer engagement and sales opportunities. These include links to key locations within your virtual tour, tags that can show text, images and even video and further powerful navigation tools. All operating in a true 3D representation of your business.

Your Custom Brand

The Engage UI is designed to match fit your corporate branding and will fit seamlessly into your website and can even include calls to action to other parts of your site such as contact forms or landing pages.

Hotspots

Hotspots can be placed over any element in the tour of your business which when clicked on by the customer, can display key information about the object including text, images and even video. The hotspots could be placed of a product in a showroom that displays product information and dimensions. A hotspot could be placed over a door to a restaurant in a hotel that displays the opening times and a link to the menu.

Video Chat

Truly engaging with your client in a virtual tour through a live video chat is here. Your customers can request a video call directly from the Engage UI by filling in a short form. Alternatively, your sales agent may want to invite a customer into a guided virtual tour after speaking to them on the phone.

Simple To Use

Video Chat Appointments are managed through Engage BI and allow your staff to set and control appointments with ease. Both parties will receive an email containing full instructions but it is as simple as joining a Zoom call with the only difference of being stood in your business at the same time!

Imagine being able to know statistically where your customers go and what they look at when they are in your premises. With Engage you get exactly that. We place sensors on key areas such as rooms, products and even people, which allows Engage to track data against. So, in a furniture shop, you can see how many people were looking at a particular sofa and for how long.

Complete Content Management

Engage BI also lets you control many aspects of your tour. You can create your own links to key locations that when clicked takes the customer straight to that exact area in the exact direct of view that you wanted. You can also control the hotspots in your tour, the content within them, add video, text and images to describe and area, a room, a product, a menu, or anything you wish.
